Amy Esquivel is an accounting and finance professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting small businesses, including more than a decade as a Director of Finance & Administration. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Regis University and brings a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, and business operations. With a practical, hands-on approach, Amy helps keep finances organized, make tax season less stressful, and give business owners the clarity and support they need to confidently build something they’re passionate about.

Timary is a SHRM-CP certified HR professional with almost a decade of experience managing HR operations, payroll, compliance, and employee relations across multiple businesses. With a strong eye for detail and a passion for organization, she specializes in creating simple, sustainable processes that streamline HR operations, improve efficiency, and make day-to-day management easier for business owners.

How It Began
After more than seven years of working together in accounting and Human Resources, we've seen firsthand the challenges small business owners face. We've learned what works, what doesn't, and how much of a difference the right support can make, especially when it's practical, affordable, and tailored to each business.
At some point, we asked ourselves, Why not us? With years of hands-on experience and a shared passion for helping businesses succeed, the idea for Front Range began to take shape.
